Problem/Challenge Statement

Presales operated with minimal technological support, relying on scattered, hard-to-access tools—many of which were built as skunkworks projects without proper security screening or development best practices. This lack of standardized, high-quality solutions led to inefficiencies and limited scalability within the sales team.

Solution

I developed a strategic vision centered on replatforming, unifying, and introducing new solutions to create a single destination for presales activities. This resulted in the Solutions Workspace, powered by AI, a seamless UX that integrated Discovery, Value, Enterprise Architecture, Content, Activity Tracking, and AI-driven search into one cohesive platform.

To bring this vision to life, I built a cross-functional team from the ground up, assembling 40 experts across UX/UI, Research, Program Management, Product Management, and Engineering. The team operated within a practice group model, leveraging Scrum, Agile methodologies, and DevOps/DesignOps frameworks to drive efficiency and innovation.

Results

Consistently increased adoption and streamlined presales operations with the Solutions Workspace product, saving 300k+ hours annually and supporting over $1.5bn+ in sales opportunities, Supporting 20k active users and growing.

My Role

Defined the vision and ensured alignment with business strategy, securing internal buy-in and investment. Built and led a high-performing team, providing ongoing mentorship and coaching to the leadership group. As the overall product owner, I drove roadmap execution, ensuring timely delivery while managing stakeholder engagement and reporting. Continuously focused on team and process improvements to enhance efficiency and innovation, through adoption of industry best practices, such as Design Sprints, Agile & Scrum, automated testing, development of a Design System, Squads and Practice groups, PRD and UX Briefs and async weeks.
