Getinform set out to revolutionize clinic management by developing a software platform centered around a calendar booking system and an integrated CRM. The founders initially partnered with a company to build an MVP, but the solution suffered from a poor user experience, an unintuitive UI, and was built on Microsoft ASP, which proved rigid, costly to iterate, and misaligned with the company’s long-term needs.
I collaborated with the founders to redesign and rebuild the platform from the ground up, leveraging cost-effective open-source technologies while addressing UX and UI challenges. Beyond redevelopment, I worked closely with them to enhance the platform’s capabilities, enabling clinics to operate efficiently and scale their health practices. This included multi-channel scheduling, financial management, real-time payments, and seamless accounting integrations, all within a secure, mission-critical digital health environment.
I redeveloped the platform from an unusable MVP into a market-ready application, successfully launching it and driving adoption. The platform gained significant momentum, securing a funding round before being acquired by Reckon, where it became the foundation of the Better Clinics solution.
I led the new product strategy, overseeing user experience design, UI development, and technology selection. I sourced and built the engineering team, ensuring seamless execution and end-to-end management of the product delivery process.
